Although all exercise is beneficial to you and can help you with height, the most important for growing taller are exercises that involve stretching. These can help you get taller at a faster rate. Just performing something as simple as back stretches will help aid you in growing taller.

Diet

Poor diet is often a major cause behind not reaching your full height potential. People in the United States have horrible dietary habits. And they are missing vital vitamins and minerals from their diet because they eat so badly. If you truly want to grow taller faster, you absolutely have to eat a good, balanced diet that includes plenty of protein from meat and lots of fruits and vegetables. By not eating these things, you are starving your body of what it needs to grow in height.

Sleep

Sleep is something that is often overlooked when it comes to any type of health concern, including someone that wants to grow tall fast. Your body simply needs sleep to function properly. It is as simple as that. The majority of your growth hormone is secreted while you are resting. Obviously, if you're not resting properly you will be lacking and growth hormone and lacking in height.

Don't neglect these three things. If you truly are sick of being short and really want to do something about it then you need to try to start doing things differently in your life or you will never get results. In addition to exercise, diet, and sleep there are some other techniques out there that can really help you grow taller faster.
