We Just Got One Life! So Live Longer and Better

Is there anyone on our planet who wants to die? Obviously the mass majority wouldn't budge for it, everyone wants to live a long life. But your life is in your hands, you got to take care of it. You need not spend much time to make your lifestyle a better one. Just simple modifications in your day to day life are more than enough to live longer.

You need not do any magic to live long. Let me tell you 4 simple tips which will help you to live a better life. If you live a better life, it would ultimately lead you to live a longer life.

· Eat fruits daily- There is a proverb "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". So eat at least four fruits daily which will help you to maintain your health. Good health is the foundation for a long life.

· Regular exercise-You need not go in search of a health club to work out. Just a walking or jogging in the same street you reside is a lot better than nothing. You need not exercise 20 hours a week as we are not body builders. Just, a regular exercise of around 2.5 hours weekly is more than enough for a healthy living. As something is better than nothing. By this your heart and lungs become resilient and you will be free from killer diseases.

· Maintain a body mass index- It means you must maintain your weight commensurate to your height. Because excess of body weight leads to many problems which will weaken your immunity system.

· Stop smoking- This is the killer habit which most of the men and women possess. They justify themselves by telling they smoke to get out of their tension. There are various ways like yoga, meditation etc to reduce your stress level. So stop justifying and quit smoking.
